I aim to be flexible to help you as much as possible as I understand that having children can be very demanding and unpredictable. We all live busy lives and having children is a such a joy apart. When it comes to going back to work, Childcare can sometimes cost so much, but using a childminder is a cheaper option and you get the same standard of learning as you would from a nursery (EYFS). I can also be flexible on days and times required for child care. My care will change with your child’s age, and I have no problem doing the school run for you. We have a computer set up for children’s learning and development and to use for educational purposes.
I like to build a relationship with the parents of the children I care for, as I think it is important that at child minder and parent understand each other. We all have different ways of bringing up our children, and every child has different needs. With me working in partnership the parents and using a diary for us to share any relevant information we have, we can have a fantastic standard of agreement, consistency and routine. There is a the correct educated process that I will adapt to each child’s individual needs. The settling in period of each child is different, I will adapt it to make sure it is a smooth process for each child and there parents.
If you would like to come and have a cup of coffee with me one morning or afternoon to see my family, then please drop me an email. I think that a parent should feel relaxed that there precious child is in good hands and coming to visit me prior to making any decision is highly recommended.
Choosing child care you should look for an Ofsted inspected home and a qualified child minder. My personal view is that a childminder who has children of there own is a better choice as they will have learnt lessons from being a parent themselves. This will aid in the growth and development of your child.
Every child is a very unique individual with their own individual characteristics and temperament. A child’s development requires continuous interaction and change of environment in order to stimulate the body and brain. Behaviour problems are complex and these often stem from a child’s lack of interaction.
Babies and children all mature at different rates and have varied needs at different times in their lives, children become confident providing they have support from the people around them. Childrens relationships are strongly influenced by adults and how children develop can sometimes be improved by being away from a parent and with a child care. A child will become more confident dealing with more individual children and different adults.
